Returns

CURVA pieces are released in small quantities.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer law.

Please include your order number.

Items returned without a prior return request may not be accepted.

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

Unused
Unworn
Unwashed
Undamaged
Unmarked
Unaltered
Returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories

Items that show signs of wear, scent, damage, stains, washing, alteration, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may be refused or subject to a reduction in refund value.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is responsible for the return parcel until it reaches CURVA. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are not refundable, except where required by law.

Store credit may be offered as an alternative, but only if accepted by the customer.

Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and the order number.

Items sent back late, incomplete, damaged, worn, or without original packaging may be refused.
